Canadian Bhutanese Society (CBS) heartily welcomes all the participants to the 5th Western Canada Regional Nepalese Sports & Cultural Event 2014. This event has not only been a great medium to connect all Nepali Speaking people from western Canada but it has also created an avenue for CBS to work together with various agencies. We would also welcome any such opportunities in the future as well. In addition to the summer event, a live Cultural concert by Rajesh Payal Rai from Nepal will certainly be an additional reinforcement to keep our culture alive. Let us all get together and make this event a great success.

1.All team managers are expected to hand over a final copy of the name list, concent forms including the entry fee in an envelope on the day of arrival i.e. Friday, June 27th, 2014. All names on the certificates shall be written on the basis of the name provided on the day of arrival. We expect all the names be spelled correctly so we could avoid any errors.
